Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026 Pakistani jurisdiction

These terms govern your use of pageone.pk (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Qasim Mehmood ("PageOne", "we"), based in Jhelum, Punjab, Pakistan. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Engaging PageOne for paid work (web development, local SEO retainers, GBP management) is governed by a separate written client services agreement; the engagement principles summarised below are not the binding contract. That signed agreement controls. Questions about these terms: hello@pageone.pk.

01Use of the Site

You may read the Site, share its links, and submit the contact form for legitimate business enquiries. You may not:

  • Use the Site or its content to train machine learning models without written permission.
  • Scrape the Site at volumes that affect availability for other users.
  • Submit forms or messages that are abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful under Pakistani law.
  • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code beyond what's already publicly served.
  • Misrepresent yourself as PageOne or as a PageOne client.

02Intellectual property

All content on this website (including written copy, logos, graphics, code, and any case-study material) is owned by PageOne or its respective rights holders. (Code, design files, and other deliverables PageOne builds for a client under a paid engagement belong to that client, per their signed agreement.) You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

Any client logos, names, or case-study material that may appear on the Site is used only with that client's permission. If something on the Site references your business and you'd like it removed or corrected, email hello@pageone.pk and we'll act within 14 days.

03No guarantees on third-party platforms

PageOne provides services that interact with third-party platforms: Google Search, Google Business Profile, Meta, and others. We do not control those platforms. We do not guarantee any specific Google ranking, traffic volume, or business outcome on any platform; doing so would itself violate Google's webmaster guidelines.

What we do commit to in client engagements is professional, transparent work, real reporting on what's happening, and the right to walk away at any time without penalty.

04Client engagements & contracts

This page covers your use of the Site only. If you hire PageOne, the work is governed by a separate written agreement that covers scope, deliverables, payment, and termination. A few principles always hold across our engagements:

  • Web development is one-time, fixed-scope work in PKR (Starter PKR 85,000, Business PKR 175,000, Custom from PKR 300,000). Payment is split 50% at signing and 50% on launch. After launch you own the source code, design files, and all site assets outright; the hosting and domain accounts are registered in your name from the start, so you keep those too.
  • Local SEO retainers start at PKR 40,000 per month, billed monthly (tiers on the pricing page). No long-term contracts. Either side can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice: no exit fee, no minimum term, no penalty. The month you're in is billed in full; partial months already paid aren't refunded.
  • GBP management is included in the Local SEO retainers, or available as a one-time PKR 25,000 GBP Setup; retainer work follows the same monthly billing and 30-day notice structure. When you leave, you keep your Google Business Profile, all accumulated reviews, posts, photos, and owner access.
  • Invoices are issued in PKR. Bank transfer (IBAN) is preferred; we also accept any standard Pakistani payment method. Late invoices (30+ days) pause active work until cleared.

If a client engagement and this page ever appear to conflict, the signed client agreement controls.

05Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, PageOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. In any event, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed PKR 5,000.

This limitation does not apply where it would be unenforceable under Pakistani consumer protection law.

06External links

The Site may link to third-party websites (Google search results, partner tools, client sites). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

07Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

08Governing law & general terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and PageOne regarding your use of the Site.
