Privacy Policy

01What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and improve the site:

• Form submissions. When you submit the contact or audit form, we receive the name, business name + city, email, and message you provide. These fields are required to reply; nothing else is collected from the form.
• Analytics data. Aggregate traffic data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, referring source, device type, country) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session recordings to understand how the site is used). Both are configured to not capture personally identifiable information.
• Server logs. Our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and uptime monitoring.

02How we use it

• Form submissions are used to reply to your enquiry, send a written audit if requested, and follow up about working together.
• Analytics data is used to understand which pages help Pakistani SMB owners and which don't.
• Server logs are used to diagnose downtime, abuse, or security incidents.

03Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services. Each one is listed here:

• Resend: delivers form submissions to hello@pageone.pk. Resend processes the message in transit only.
• Cloudflare: site hosting, DNS, CDN, and email routing. Sees standard request metadata and server logs, and routes inbound email to hello@pageone.pk.
• Google (Analytics 4): anonymized analytics.
• Microsoft (Clarity): anonymized session analytics.

We don't share your information with anyone else. We don't run advertising pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) on this site.

04How long we keep it

• Form submissions: kept indefinitely in our email inbox unless you request deletion.
• Analytics data: GA4 is set to retain analytics data for up to 14 months (the maximum on its free tier). Microsoft Clarity keeps most session recordings for around 30 days, with a sampled subset and aggregate data retained up to 13 months.
• Server logs: typically 30 days, then rotated.

05Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what data we hold about you.
• Delete your form submission and any related correspondence.
• Stop contacting you.

Email hello@pageone.pk from the address you used to contact us. We act on these requests within 14 days.

07Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
